Erolkabadayi offers consulting services in tax planning, corporate governance, and private asset management, exclusively intended for leaders in the international business sector. Services include executive mentoring programs, holding structuring, and fixed cost optimization strategies.
The client is obliged to provide complete and accurate information for the execution of services. Erolkabadayi undertakes to respect data confidentiality and to perform services with professional diligence. Any tax or governance recommendation is based on the legislation in force at the time of provision.
Erolkabadayi cannot be held responsible for business decisions made by the client based on the consultancy provided. Total liability for any direct loss or damage is limited to the amount of the fee paid for the respective service. We assume no liability for indirect losses, including loss of profit or business opportunities.
Fees are established by written agreement and invoiced according to the agreed terms. Refunds are possible only in the event of non-provision of services due to our fault. No refunds are granted for mentoring services already delivered or for personalized tax consultancy.
Either party may terminate the contractual relationship with a 30-day written notice. In case of a serious breach of terms, Erolkabadayi reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services, without penalties.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Any modification will be communicated to active clients at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of services after the modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
